I want to enable Python script editing/running for csound5gui if Python has been installed.

I may try to provide a Common Music stream for the LISP binding to Csound 5.

Some things in the manual need to be cleaned up (Windows installation, configuration, usage).

I will try to move the python wrapper for libsndfile from CsoundVST.Soundfile to csnd.Soundfile.
