The Interfaces lib seemed to be easy to build on OSX. All
you
need is the SWIG tool, which you can get and build from
sourceforge. Apart from lua (I have not build that one),
everything else is provided by the OS installation: python
and Java. I have edited SConstruct to find these in standard
OSX places.

CsoundVST build but doesn't run. For this (and I am not sure
what else, I have to check), you need the boost library. Now
this can also be built, but it's a bit more of a pain, as i)
it
uses yet another build system, which you have to get ii) is
huge, so it takes forever an a day to build and install, at
least
on slower systems like my laptop. But since it doesn't work,
you don't have to go there (unless there is something else
that
needs it).

I have yet to have a go with fluidsynth and loris. I am not
so
worried about opcodes, as they can always be supplied as
separate plugin packages.
