Subject[Cs-dev] A question
Did someone change the ambisonic opcodes so they were in a single file
rather than encode and decode being separate?  Seems to be that their
use is very different and they do not belong together.

I merged the two Ambisonic plugins as I thought they were related in
functionality, were written by the same author, and were quite small,
so it seemed to make sense to simplify the build by having a single
file that contains both opcodes. I also made the formatting of the
code more consistent with Csound sources, and fixed use of non-ANSI C.
