Hi,
I've added a few changes to the OENTRY reference in the manual. I've
added 'O', 'V' and 'N'. The first to are marked with comments in the
code like:
          case 'O':             /* Will this work?  Doubtful code.... */

line 1718 from Engine/rdorch.c

I've used the 'O' type in the recent versions of vectorial opcodes, and
they work as expected. Is it still doubtful code?
Are there any other types that are still missing from the docs and is
the information I've added accurate?
