Hi Andres,

The manual.xml was missing entity entries for these.  I've added them in.

Also, I've been adding csound5 opcodes to the csound5/opcodes/top.xml
file to keep them separated at the moment.  There are a few CS5
opcodes that are in the opcodes/top.xml, so decided to let them pass
for now, especially since the entries you've added have notes that
they are Csound5.

We should maybe make a vector/top.xml or vectorial/top.xml that would
have info on the vector opcodes as well as links to these. What do you
think?

Hi Steven,
Thanks for having a look.
I did create a vectorial/top.xml but didn't put the vectorial opcodes in
that directory because for some reason it didn't work... I need more
practice with this xml stuff...
I think some of the vectorial opcodes were added to csound4, but wasn't
sure so I didn't include that in the docs.

Oh, I didn't see the vectorial/top.xml before when writing the email. 
The manual compiled fine for me here with the new entries, so I think
it's all working now.  If you have any questions, please feel free to
ask anytime.  Also, if the readme.txt isn't quite clear, please let me
know on how I can improve it (or feel free to edit too!).

Hi Andres,

The xml files don't need to be in the Makefile for it to be a part of
the build.  The xml files all link to each so when they are processed,
if all is well, it will all build together.  The Makefile's
dependencies that are in there right now only track if files have
changed to determine if a rebuild is necessary and don't contribute to
the build itself; the Makefile is a bit out of sync so it's not that
useful at the moment.
