ATS itself works just fine, but I think the real issue is in the
analysis of the program material into ATS files from an external
utility which is not part of Csound (due to licensing issues).

There may very well be endianness or byte-order related issues with
the current binaries on SourceForge with respect to analyzing audio
into ATS.
