For example, I have these paths (in addition to the /usr/lib/java
symlink):

find /usr -name "jni.h" 2> /dev/null

/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0_03/include/jni.h

find /usr -name "jni_md.h" 2> /dev/null

/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0_03/include/linux/jni_md.h
