For the HTML manual, you need libxslt (and possibly some other
packages), and simply run 'make' in the top level manual directory;
do not forget to delete any old 'html' directory first.
Alternatively, you can just download my zip package, and use the
manual from there; the manual is not updated frequently (which is
quite unfortunate), so the one included with the release should be
reasonably up to date.
