I have been using the non-commercial version of Intel's optimized C and C++ compilers (icc and icpc respectively) to compile Csound for quite some time. Istvan mentioned he had been using it at some point as well. See the file in the CVS called "with_icc.txt". That file is just a plan .txt file of things I had to change in SConstruct to get it to work with the icc/icpc compilers and libraries. I put it in the CVS in case it was of interest to anyone else...
