Hello,

I recently bought Cubase4, and discovered a strange error when having
both Csound (5.06) and Cubase4 installed on the same computer.

The order of events and problems:
* Csound installed (compiled from source may-07), works fine
* Install Cubase, Cubase works fine
* Run Csound with realtime out (odac): Windows blue screen of death
 - the bluescreen appears just as csound is about to open the audio device
 - the bluescreen gives a new error every time (no consistent
reference to what went wrong)
* Uninstalling Cubase
* Csound works fine with realtime audio out
* Installing Cubase
* Running Csound with realtime audio out gives bluescreen
* Rolling back to precompiled csound 5.04
* Csound works fine with realtime audio out
* Installing csound5.06 precompiled
* Running Csound with realtime audio out gives bluescreen

Other ASIO audio software is *not* affected by installing Cubase.
Tried with and without ASIO4ALL, and tried with and without external
sound card (RME). Same behaviour in all cases
After a day of trial and error, I am confident that the problem lies
with Csound, but it is somehow triggered by having Cubase installed.
Please note that I am not talking about running Cubase and Csound *at
the same time*, the problem is related to simply having Cubase
inastalled and then running a very simple csound (one sine tone) csd
with realtime out.

I suspect there is something with Csound's handling of portaudio.
Is there any way (by copying dll's or something) that I can make
Csound 5.06 use the same realtime audio out mechanism as csound 5.04
used ? This could provide a temporary workaround as well as help
pinpoint the bug.
