For MME, try using -+rtaudio=mme, or -+rtaudio=pa_bl (in the
latter case, make sure that you really select an MME device).
These may work better.

No idea about this. I will test ASIO tomorrow, but I only have
ASIO4ALL, and that may not behave exactly the same way as a
native driver.
