I am trying to build CSound 5.09.0 on a macintel 10.5.5. I suppose I am starting out on the wrong foot by using scons version 0.98.4, which may be too new to work, according to the "Building Csound" page in the online manual (I couldn't find an older version of scons). It gets so far and then dies-- here are the last few lines (after I issued a scons command): ranlib libcsound.a gcc -o atsa -framework Carbon -framework CoreAudio -framework CoreMidi util/atsa_main.o -L. -L. -L/usr/local/lib -L. -L. -L/opt/local/lib -lsndfile -lpthread -lfltk -lsndfile -lcsound -lpthread -lm Undefined symbols: "_libintl_dgettext", referenced from: _csoundLocalizeString in libcsound.a(getstring.o) ld: symbol(s) not found collect2: ld returned 1 exit status scons: *** [atsa] Error 1 scons: building terminated because of errors. I have libintl 8.0.2 in /opt/local/lib (from macports). Can somebody help me sort this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Csound-devel mailing list Csound-devel@lists.sourceforge.net
