BTW: I just noticed that Istvan had made csound5gui use a threaded
message callback system, so there's code there to be used if anyone
needs it. (it's in frontends/fltk_gui/CsoundGUIMain.cpp where the
callback is set, and the threaded implementation is done in
CsoundGUIConsole.cpp).
