Summary: ftcps parser bug in 5.16

Initial Comment:
Running the ftcps() example from the 5.16 manual gives the following error:

error: syntax error, unexpected '('  (token "(") line 21:
>>>  icps = ftcps(  <<<
Parsing failed due to invalid input!
Stopping on parser failure
