I do not think adding these as output formats is really useful,
perhaps W64 could be used for large files, but so far no one
requested it. However, if we do add many new formats, instead
of having separate options like --aiff etc. it may make sense
to have something like --fileformat=aiff so that the formats
can be looked up from a table.

Of course, all the above can already be used for input.
