Summary: DP macro causes building with fltk to fail on OS X

Initial Comment:
The string "DP" occurs in one of the Carbon headers (MachineExceptions.h), so having it defined as a macro when including them via the fltk headers breaks the build. I'm attaching a band-aid patch that worked for me; however it may be better to change the constants in H/interlocks.h to have more unique names, or implement them as an enum.
