The following now reject headerless files with an error, if the
format parameter is -1:

  GEN01
  diskin
  diskin2
  soundin

These opcodes have a new optional i-time flag (defaults to 1),
if this is 0, the returned value will be zero for raw files:

  filelen
  filenchnls
  filesr
