Hi All,

Just a heads up, I ran dos2unix on all of the manual example
orc/sco/csd files as the dos line endings was what was causing
examples in the manual to be published with blank lines between lines
of text (has to do with using xinclude's).  Just wanted to let
everyone know who is using the manual CVS in case they're wondering
why there's a lot of changes when they sync.
