I think score events cannot take more than 1 string argument; this limitation is imposed by the EVTBLK structure which has a single 'strarg' member, and setting one of the MYFLT p-fields to a magic number indicates that the string argument is to be used there. It may be possible to change the score parser to simply replace the instrument name with the corresponding number, though, assuming that losing the name information in error messages etc. is not a problem.
