Hi All,

I was going to start working on documenting the Virtual Keyboard but
wasn't quite sure where the best place for it is.  I was thinking as
the first section after the MidiTop begining information:

http://csounds.com/manual/html/MidiTop.html

Putting it there seems the best option to me as it's related to the
informaiton in the begining there. I think due to the way Docbook is
set, it would end up being added to that page and the "MIDI Input"
would become the next section accessed by the next link.

Does this seem fine or is there somewhere else someone would recommend?
