Initial Comment:
    if luaFound:
       luaCsoundACWrapperEnvironment = acWrapperEnvironment.Clone()

in SConstruct should be

    if luaFound and commonEnvironment['buildLuaWrapper']

because if buildLuaWrapper was disabled I don't think building the wrapper for CsoundAC is the right thing to do.

This is for version 5.13.
