Hi All,

Just a note, I've just started work on merging all the CS5 opcode
entries with the normal opcode entries.  This is going to take a good
part of the day to get done and tested, so if you have any changes to
opcode entries that are currently in csound5/opcodes, I'd appreciate
it if you could hold off until I finish and write back here.
