Apparently yes, but an optional argument that disables resetting the controllers
can be added if that is found to be useful.

By the way, the RC2 releases from a few days ago also include a new Win32 .zip
package; this does fix the chnget/chnset bugs you reported earlier. The final
release may be available soon, though, so RC2 might not be useful for a long time.
