Summary: GEN34 no longer accepting nonpowof2 tables

Initial Comment:
GEN34 no longer allows to use non-power-of-two function tables in the source function table (containing partial number, strength and phase in n sections).
this worked up to csound 5.17. tested on ubuntu and osx 10.6.
