Hi Ken, 

Not a version requirement per-se, but for Csound you need FLTK to be
compiled with --enable-threads.  This is not the norm with any of the
FLTK RPM's I've tried with FC3, and I end up downloading a src tar
ball and compiling manually, which I think you'll have to do.
