After an unacceptably long delay of 4+ months, csound 5.10 is finally in 
debian. The delay was caused by the API bump which the original package was 
not able to handle, so we had to put some work into it

This should enable me to actually step up and finish packaging the manual and 
qutecsound too. Both are in an advanced stage now, and hopefully will hit the 
archive soon.
