If the current code does not work on Windows when using widget opcodes,
then it is not easy to fix, so it is probably best to build and upload
the bugfix release now, and to try solving the FLTK issues only in 5.03.

Note: if the widgets do not work in csound5gui either (they should),
make sure that it is really the shared FLTK library that is being used,
and noFLTKThreads is not set to 1.
