Nothing really important. This thread was originally on the dev
list, but since that list does not work very well at the moment
(messages are often lost or arrive with a long delay, more than
a day at times), some of the messages are now posted on the main
list and may be confusing out of the context. But from a user's
point of view, this discussion is largely irrelevant, and I
apologize for spamming the main list with it.
