Summary: Windows environment variables not cleaned up on uninstall.

Initial Comment:
When uninstalling Csound on Windows the PATH variable still contains the "bin" portion of the Csound directory, and the PYTHONPATH and RAWWAVE_PATH variables are not being removed.
