Thanks for all of yoru suggestions and feedback.

One thing I should point out however is that I'm opposed to using any
`web-publishing tools` or frontends. I made the layout using a text
editor and I plan to continue maintaining the site using simply a text
editor.

What I need from users that would be helpful that isn't present so
much in this thread are the following:

1) Example URLs
2) Examples URLs
3) More example URLs


For now I'm probably just going to 86 the menu idea all together since
it doesn't seem to be working for anybody and just make the "menus" at
the top links and have it open a new page window that contains all the
links that had been in a previous menu.
