Hi All,

I was working with the Pinkston DX7 instruments today and csound is
locking up at the end of its run to the point I have to use "kill -9"
to kill it.  I ran with "-v" and it seems that on removing the last
note it enters an infinite loop where I'm getting:

removed instance of instr 1

over and over again.  I've attached a CSD that should reproduce the problem.

I'm not quite sure what the problem but any help in locating the
problem would be very much appreciated!
