Initial Comment:
I found this problem when verifying whether the fix reported in "the outleta and macros cause segmentation violation" (ID: 3149130) actually makes my score work. -- I'm afraid it doesn't.

System: Win 7, Csound5.15-gnu-win32-d, "Csound version 5.15 (double samples) Jan  4 2012"

I will attach an example that demonstrates the bug.  I added comments in there describing what I found out.
