Yes. The zip package is only an alternative to the installer for those who
want fast real time performance and 32 bit floats. It does include the Python
and Java wrappers, though.

Yes, so as far as my RPM is concerned the answer should be "yes" to all the
three questions. In fact the RPM includes basically everything that can be
built on Linux (including CsoundVST), with the exception of the Lua wrapper.
It also includes the standard console executables and plugins with both 32
and 64 bit floats.
