Hi All,

I went to look at the dafx 06 papers and just read through the
"Prepared Piano Sound Synthesis" paper by Stefan Bilbao and John
ffitch (http://dafx.ca/proceedings/papers/p_077.pdf) and realized
prepiano was already in Csound5.  There however doesn't seem to be any
documentation or example in the manual.  The example CSD near the end
of the paper does work well.

Is this opcode considered finished and in a documentable state?  And
is the example CSD from the paper usable as an example for the manual?
