I tried both with the Loris_STK_src_5.07.zip file from the SourceForge project list and with upstream Loris and STK source; neither of those appear to have the intermediary files, whereas the Csound 5.05 source archive appears to have them (but not the rest of the actual libraries, as expected---one would then copy the library code itself to complete the directories).
