Hi Andres and all,

I'm in the middle of writing a script to generate an opcodes.xml file
for blue and ran into a number of things.  First I had to substitute a
lot of entities which are defined by docbook but are not standard in
xml; this was very time consuming but once I'm finished I'll publish
the script which others might find useful if they need something like
this.  Second, I found that there is a category:

FTLK:Other

spelled this way in both the quickref.py and also in the entries in
opcodes/ dir (i.e. flbox.xml, flbutbank.xml, etc.).  I'm assuming this
was an unintentional misspelling, but didn't know if this was being
used for the purpose of marking files to redo or something like that.
Should the spellings for these be swapped to "FLTK"?
