I sent an email earlier but it never got to the mailing list due to gmail-sourceforge problems. Basically just noted the vaset/vaget opcodes as well as mode opcodes are in for the new release. Dave Akbari's opcodes look in now. I took a break from the new parser this week to finish up a blue release *should be done today or tomorrow) but will resume shortly. The parser now has if-goto's; next is if-then statements. There's lot of ambiguities reported still from YACC, but I think when the framework is mostly there, it will not be so much work to iron out. Still have to do memory cleanup as well(!). Definitely won't be ready for this release, but perhaps for the next. BTW: Shall we merge the NEW_PARSER branch into the HEAD after the next release? It is setup to be completely optional and is turned on with a commandline-flag. I'm not sure how many others are following the work either and it'd be great to get some fresh eyes on it as well as people more able at C coding than I to get involved. =) steven On 10/6/06, Michael Gogins wrote: > Fine with me.
