Apparently, SConstruct is currently set up in a way that if you want
to build the Loris opcodes and Python module, then you also need to
enable CsoundVST which in turn requires the interfaces library (csnd).
This could be fixed, although if you are building for a release, then
including the interfaces may be a good idea anyway.
