When building from clean sources, an empty csnd.jar is generated
the first time, and scons needs to be re-run to get a working .jar
file. The problem is probably caused by the fact that the Java()
builder creates the file list when scons is started, but the actual
.java files are only generated at a later point in time when SWIG
is run. Can this be fixed somehow ?
