Anthony,

Thank you for doing the legwork to make sure that csound's licensing
is kosher.  I've just started looking at it recently, and its
licensing immediately caught my eye as being possibly worrisome.  It's
a nice piece of software with a lot of history behind it, and it
wouldn't do to have it get sued out of existence.

With regard to the Debian/Ubuntu packaging, I'd personally like to see
this, as building it is currently a bit tricky.  There are packages
now in the standard Debian distribution, but they are stale enough to
be almost not worth using (as compared to csound 5).  I think having
available in Ubuntu would garner many new users.
