It seems only a problem with `#include'.

In my simple test, test.csd is CR LF and the included file is CR.
The included file contains

itest1 = 1
itest2 = 2
itest3 = 3

and I get

syntax error ...
>>>itest1 = 1itest2 <<<

I have resolved removing the "r" rule and replacing the "\n" rule with

  NEWLINE   (\n|\r?)

I want to make some other tests before adding the change.
