I'm getting another error now:

swig -python -o interfaces_wrap.c interfaces.i
interfaces.i:61: Error: Unable to find 'csound.h'
interfaces.i:62: Error: Unable to find 'cfgvar.h'
scons: *** [interfaces_wrap.c] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

I'm using:

SWIG Version 1.3.24
Copyright (c) 1995-1998
University of Utah and the Regents of the University of California
Copyright (c) 1998-2004
University of Chicago
Compiled with i386-redhat-linux-g++ [i386-redhat-linux-gnu]
