That feature only existed in one version (4.21). I did remove references to the "advanced" subinstruments in the manual yesterday, and surely removed all references to the ink and outk opcodes that also only existed in 4.21. Where did you find this in the manual ? Did you look at the latest CVS, or some previous HTML build ?
