Hi All,

I just checked in a fix for the dam opcode as reported by Pia Kraft on
the main list.  I added an initialized flag and did the initialization
of the power buffer on the first call of the performance function.  If
someone could take a look (Opcodes/dam.c and Opcodes/dam.h) to verify
if this is correct it would be appreciated.
