Hi John,

I ended up working on it a bit but we got out of sync! =)  I was going
for the same solution though, although I didn't realize the CSOUND *
was stored in h.insdshead so your solution is simpler than what I had
done.

I think there is a problem however as I had tried compiling and
running an example and got a segfault.  It's somewhere in one of the
C++ classes however.  I'm about to check in a new FLTK keyboard then
will see if I can figure out the segfault.
