I notice that some octaves are out of tune in the 'pluck' opcode. Furthermore, 
which octave depends on the 2nd icps setting. I would think this is a 
wavetable size vs. sounding frequency phenomenon--we are getting some kind of 
phasing side-effect.

Has anyone else noticed this?
