I don't know if you want to add `clojure' like a blue object or to control `blue'. Both are good, but the second rocks (IMHO). I adore the `snd' editor (Bill Schottstaedt and others) because I can easily control it from emacs and/or terminal and conceptually it is similar to emacs.
