There is a source tarball now here:

The GUI can be found in csound5/frontends/fltk_gui (it is not added to
SConstruct yet, so you need to use 'make' in the subdirectory); it is
mostly complete, but the dnoise utility is not implemented yet, and
lpanal is only partly done. Also, there is no GUI option yet to change
the manual browser.
When compiling, make sure that you have a version of FLTK that was
built with --enable-shared --enable-threads.
