I still think that the build instructions should be included with the sources,
as it is the only place where they are useful, and also the easiest to find.
People who already have the Windows installer are probably not interested in
building from sources, and building a manual from XML sources just to know how
to compile Csound is an additional unneeded "dependency".

But I welcome opinions on this issue from others as well. Any comments ?
