Well, I'll do it this way this time again, then, but if it makes sense
without interleaving I'll try to top post.

Personally I think it's very dependent on the situation, and I usually
don't care much either.  The one thing that does annoy me is when someone
quotes pages of untrimmed discussion and then bottom-posts one line of reply!
